This project repairs the seven prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) sections on the Calabasas Feeder with wire breaks using carbon fiber lining. Due to the critical role of this pipeline in delivering treated water to member agencies, the repairs have been scheduled for April 2011.
