Document Description
The Project under consideration is the construction of a water distribution pipeline out of the Grass Valley Basin to the Bernina Water Treatment Plant. Currently existing ground water well production and imported water from CLAWA are introduced directly into the water distribution system. At certain times of the year, these waters are high in minerals content and have caused consumer complaints. The blended pipeline will allow the waters to be introduced into Bernina Water Treatment Plant where they will be blended with waters from Lake Arrowhead and delivered to the distribution system.
