Document Description
Improve the existing unpaved, ungraded parking and snowmobile uploading area next to Highway 4 in Bear Valley in Stanislaus National Forest to formalize the area that is currently being used as a parking and staging area for users to unload equipment and access the Silvertip Campground Road. * Site work will - Relocate a 12" culvert approximately 5' south of its current location, balusters at the entrance to Campground Road and boulders to the sidewalk. * Parking Lot/Staging Area work will - * fill and raise the parking lot grade approximately 2" and level with the highway * Construct an approximately 250' x 70' parking lot with 8" aggregate and 3" of asphalt * Construct a 15' sidewalk to connect to the restroom and ranger station
