Document Description
This is an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an expansion of the Gospel Mission shelter located on properties west of Kerr Avenue and south of De Harro Street (APN No. 035-025-005 and 035-025-006). The expansion includes the reuse of one building and construction of a new building, both to be used for shelter space:
Fathers with Children Shelter - The expansion includes the use of an existing building at 1419 De Harro Street (APN 035-025-006) that was purchased by the Gospel Mission in 1998 with the intent to be used as a "Fathers with Children Shelter."
Exodus Shelter for Men - The proposed expansion also includes the demolition of an existing warehouse building and the construction of the new building that will be used as an "Exodus Shelter for Men" and ware house located at 129 Kerr Avenue (APN 035-025-005).
