Document Description
Develop a single Fine Arts Complex with an assignable square footage of 43,664, consisting of classroom space, laboratory and practice rooms, rehearsal and recital space, faculty and administrative offices, and support space. Project will consolidate visual arts, multimedia and graphic arts, photography, film/video, dance, music, and related instructional activities currently housed elsewhere on campus, mainly in bulidings E and F. The replacement facilities will be fully accessible, with larger classroom, station, and office areas to meet State Fire Marshall requirements and other building requirements for eductational structures. Additonal rehearsal and recital space will be developed to relieve the demand on teh adjacent Performing Arts Center for this purpose.
