The Project consists of implementing a design prepared by a qualified engineer or hydrologist with expertise in restoration ecology that includes the following: Removing a recently constructed dam; reestablishing the original channel to pre-construction conditions and restore the bed to its original substrate composition; restoring the banks of the river to conditions conductive to preventing future flooding of the residence; restoring the area adjacent to an existing dam to its original substrate composition; revegetating the riparian corridor. Installing a new 30-inch culvert under the driveway.
