As part of the Agency's program to upgrade security, the Werner Road Property has been identified as a site in need of additional or perimeter fencing in order to protect against vandalism, trespassing, and encroachment. The security work would consist of fencing to surround Placer County Water Agency property with 8-foot high chain link fence with victory arms and 3-stands of barbed wire on top and gated access on Werner Road and Ophir Road.
