DRWD and KCWA propose an exchange and transfer program involving a portion of their SWP water supplies for the years 2010-2020. DRWD's water can be delivered to KCWA by either an exchange or a same landowner transfer to KCWA. KCWA will return future Table A water to DRWD by the year 2020. This program would allow increased flexibility and improved water management practices for both agencies.
