The Project is the rehabilitation of an existing nonconforming structure with three legal units and one unpermitted unit. The use permit request is to allow four units on the property pursuant to Town Municipal Code 17.36.090 and General Plan Policy L.2.D, which allows density bonuses of up to twice the permitted density for qualifying affordable units. The adjustment is being requested to allow two new storage units to encroach into the front yard setback.
