Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to repair the failed culvert and slope. The culvert was damaged and failed a number of years ago thus resulting in continuous slope erosion. The project consists of the removal of debris from the failed slope, the replacement of the damaged culvert with a concrete down-drain and the addition of a riprap pad at the drain outlet to slow the water velocity before entering the San Onofre Creek. The slope is to be recontructed and a detention basin placed at the top of the slope to allow sediment to settle out before entering the drain.
