Document Description
The Department of Fish and Game Reservoir Habitat Enhancement Project consists of the placement of constructed brush shelters into Lake Perris, Lake Hemet, Diamond Valley Lake, and Lake Elsinore in Riverside County, and Lake Silverwood and Lake Gregory in San Bernardino County, for the purpose of providing spawning habitat for mature warmwater fish species, as well as a protective shelter for juvenile warmwater fish species. Each brush shelter is approximately 3 square yards in size and is constructed of natural and man-made materials, specifically citrus or conifer trees, nylon rope, and concrete blocks.
