Document Description
This project consists of adding a long, large trench drain under prep cooking equipment in Bay 1 of the Fiesta De Reyes Restaurant. Also included in project is the adding of sinks using existing drains, lowering concrete floor down to original concrete slab at grade in Bay 4, and removing and replacing quarry floor tiles.
