Document Description
Water has historically been made available to AVEK Water Agency by the DWR at tis 305th Street West Turnout location as recently as 2007. DWR is again allowing the diversion of up to 22,179 acre-feet of AVEK's 2011 annual State Water Project allocation water through temporary facilities at this same location. THe rate of diversion shall not exceed 25 cubic feet per second. Construction and operation of facilities are pursuant to the terms established in Agreement between DWR and AVEK with expiration of August 24, 2011.
