Document Description
The State proposes to acquire a conservation easement over 89+/- acres of private land for the protection of open space, wetlands and upland habitat in the San Jacinto Valley near the southwestern edge of Mystic Lake. The natural habitat included ruderal farm land, freshwater marshes and managed wetland areas, including ponds. The land is currently in use as a private duck club; that use is expected to continue.
