This project consists of teh digging of a trench (approximately 2 1/2 feet deep & 1 1/2 feet wide) to upgrade telephone line. The trench will be dug through a flower bed near the Urban Seed a concession included in Fiesta De Reyes located in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park.
