Document Description
A Lot Line Adjustment between two existing parcels to result in two parcels of 4.83 acres and 2.81 acres. APN 200-281-03 is developed with two old wood sheds. The purpose of the Lot Line Adjustment is to move the parcel line to follow a fence line that has existed for over 70 years. A Zone Boundary Adjustment will adjust the boundary between the Agricultural Exclusive zone and the Agricultural General zone to follow the boundary line under all alternatives of the General Plan Update. The parcels are or will be served by the Palmer Creek Community Services District and on-site sewage disposal systems.
