Document Description
The Department of Water Resources (DWR) will remove approximately 20 cubic yards total (10 cubic yards from each site) of accumulated sediment from the upstream sides of the seasonal weirs located in the North and East LLCC at the intersection of State Highway 70. Annual sediment removal is needed to maintain proper weir use and provide accurate water level recording from the sensing lines at these locations. This will improve the accuracy and efficiency of the LLCC irrigation system.
