- This project is the maintenance of fuel breaks created under two prior CAL FIRE Vegetation Management Programs (RX-2-040-BTU, and RX-North-052-BTU.01). It is located in a Sierra Mixed Conifer timber type. It will be an approximate 300 feet in width and 10 miles in length, encompassing about 400 acres. The project will in general follow the major ridge between Deer Creek and Webb Hollow along what is locally called the H-Line road. Burns will be from 20 to 50 acres in size, with one single burn occurring during any burning period.
