Document Description
The two-phased FR focuses on the maintenance of a concrete asphalt cap by implementing an application of CAP Coating on 2,890 square feet of horizontal and vertical Plating Room Area to address cadmium-impacted soils and ensure cap integrity. A Land Use Covenant (LUC) will be in place to restrict ground disturbances (there will be no excavation at the site) and future uses of the impacted area (institutional control measures). An LUC will allow ongoing use of the Site without significant disruption of existing business activities.
