Improve an existing 2 mile length of the Skyline Trail at Castle Rock State Park to add mountain biking use. Work will realign trail, construct several minor rock retainer walls and armored crossings, de-compact soils, re-contour, plant native vegetation and place woody debris and duff on all old alignments and disturbed areas.
