The Project is a proposed General Plan Amendment, specifically to the Open Space Element and subsequently the Open Space Action Plan. The project is to consolidate two separate implantation measures into one regarding the ratio of parklands to 1000 City population. The project will not result in any changes to amount of parklands. The proposed change will result in the following: "Oc 9.2 (b) Maintain a ratio of not less than 10 acres of neighborhood and/or community park land to one thousand City population."
