Document Description
The applicant seeks approval of a land use permit to establish a new wireless telecommunications facility on the subject property. The proposed facility consists of nine (9) panel antennas to be mounted on the roof of an existing storage building, and concealed in a faux cupola, two (2) GPS antennas, one (1) weather head, one (1) meter panel, two (2) condenser units, one (1) 48 kw diesel generator, one (1) 210 gallon double-walled tank for the above ground storage of diesel fuel, installation of a cable tray and small electrical components (batteries, wave guide, air conditioner units, telco panel) within an existing building, a 1' x 1' x 1' dry well for condensate from the condenser units, two (2) underground trenches for utility runs from the diesel generator to electrical equipment within the existing storage building, and a new aerial power service connection from an existing utility pole.
