Document Description
The project is limited to Horizontal Directional drilling (HDD) at four locations beneath wetlands and waters to install electrical collection lines as a part of the infrastructure for the Shiloh IV Wind Energy Project. The project is located at Montezuma Slough Lucol Hollow Drainage, Hopkins Ravine and two unnamed streams, in the County of Solano, State of California. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0084-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Brian Sarantos, enXco.
