Document Description
Shiloh Wind Partners, LLC proposes to develop the Shiloh IV Wind Energy Project in the Montezuma Hills about 1.5 miles south of State Route 12. Surrounding communities include Birds Landing, located adjacent to the project to the west, Collinsville ~1.5 miles to the south, and Rio Vista, ~7 miles to the east. The project area is entirely within private ownership and covers ~3,100 acres. No public lands are included in the project area. The proposed project would entail installation and operation fo 50 wind turbines and associated facilities on an ~3,100-acre site in Solano County adjacent to the existing Shiloh I, enXco V, and High Winds wind energy projects and proposed Montezuma II wind energy project.
