Document Description
The proposed OE3 Training Campus involves the development of two distinct components: 1) the construction and operation of ~ 12 acres of "campus facilities," including an access driveway along Tonzi Road and 2) the construction and ongoing operation of three separate 100-acre training areas to use for training students on the operation of heavy construction equipment. The proposed project involves the relocation of the existing OE3 California Training Center from its current location in Rancho Murrieta, in Sacramento County, California, to the proposed location west of Amador City and northwest of Sutter Creek in Amador County.
