1. Ordinance for Zone Change RZ06-030 to rezone a 542.4 +/- acre parcel from AE-37 as follows: 335.7 +/- acres of RE-10 (Residential Estate, Ten Acre Minimum), 140.6 +/- acres of O (Open Space) and 66.1 +/- acres of O-1 (Open Space -1). 2. Vesting Tentative Parcel Map T06-062 to divide a 534.9 +/- acre parcel into forty-six (46) parcels ranging in size form 10.01 +/- to 55.5 +/- acres, pending approval of the zone change. 3. Resolution of application to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) to form a County Service Area (CSA) to provide road maintenance for roads serving the proposed subdivision which are not accepted into the County Maintained System and maintenance of drainage improvements.
