General Plan - Medium Desnity Residential (13-25 units/acre) Zoning - R3-2.5 (Multi-Family Residential District)
The project proposes to redevelop the site at 445 Calderon Avenue in Mountain View, California, with a 19 unit co-housing project, geared for an older adult population. The project proposes ~ 38,236 sf of total building area on the site. The proposed co-housing units would be divided among two three-story buildings with the remaining lot area dedicated to the historic home and recreational and open space areas.
The existing historic single-family home on-site would be relocated to the front of the property on the southwest corner, rotated 90 degrees, and rehabilitated.
