The proposed senior co-housing units would be divided among two three-story buildings, with the remaining lot area dedicated to the historic home, recreational and open space area. The existing historic single-family home on-site would be relocated to the front of the property on the northwest corner, rotated 90 degrees, and rehabilitated. Approximately 20 percent of the existing house would be demolished and 80 percent would be rehabilitated for the caregiver and guest rooms, as well as a library and crafts room. Auto entrance to the site would be via a driveway on Caldron Avenue. Parking would be provided in an underground parking garage with approximately 38 spaces.
