Document Description
This project is a Site Approval application for grading to replace an existing Burlington Northern & Santa Fe railway bridge within the (OS/RC) Resource Conservation area of the general plan. All work will be done within the existing railroad right-of-way crossing Lone Tree Creek. The existing and proposed bridges are above the 100-year flood zone. No property acquisition is required for this property. The new replacement structure will consists of a single track bridge on existing alignment.
