The Project will rehabilitate 11 sanitary sewer manholes and approximately 5,000 linear feet of existing trunk line used to transport wastewater from the District's service area to the wastewater treatment plant. The project will reduce groundwater infiltration into the District's sewer system, reduce sanitary sewer overflows, and reduce the flows treated at the City of Palo Alto's Regional Water Pollution Control Plant.
