The proposed project consists of implementing a DTSC conditionally-approved Remedial Action Plan (RAP) (DTSC Response to Comments and RAP Conditional Approval letter dated 4/29/2011). The RAP outline soil and groundwater target concentrations, soil removal, confirmation sampling, recording a Land Use Covenant for any site soils that do not meet soil target concentrations, and recording an Operation and Maintenance Agreement that outlines a groundwater monitoring schedule to ensure that groundwater target concentrations are met.
