- Amend an existing Use Permit for a church and related facilities to allow a Christian ministry/discipleship residential program that provides education/assistance in addressing life controlling problems, including addiction to drugs and alcohol. The program would be staffed by approximately 15 staff members, eight of whom would reside at the site. The center would also provide for administration, referral and outreach services, and re-entry assistance. The first phase of the project would include the construction of a two-story fourteen-bedroom-dormitory building and playground area. Phase 2 would include construction of a 5,000-square-foot storage building 2600-square-foot staff house, open play field, sport court and play ground. The storage building would be used to store dry goods, foodstuffs, maintenance equipment, and donated items.
