Document Description
The request is for the approval of a Parcel Map for the division of a 30.44-acre parcel into three 10.00-acre to 10.44-acre parcels. Access to all three parcels would be from Dolly Lane, a privately maintained roadway, which connects with Palm Avenue to the south. Water will be provided by the Clear Creek Community Services District. On-site septic tank/leach field systems on each of the proposed parcels will be used to dispose of sewage.
