Document Description
The proposal is for a General Plan Amendment to change land use designation from Public / Institutional to Residential Low-Medium Density and Commercial Office. The Residential Low-Medium General Plan designation would provide opportunities for single-family, duplex and clustered housing subject to appropriate development standards, on approximately 10 acres. The density range is 5.1-8 units per gross developable acre. The Commercial Office General Plan designation provides for limited retail commercial development and office use on approximately .75 - 1 acres adjacent to Elmira Road.
The proposed General Plan Amendment does not include any development projects such as demolitions, zone change, or development entitlements at this time. If the General Plan Amendment is approved, a subsequent request for development and office use on approximately .75 - 1 acres adjacent to Elmira Road.
