Document Description
The project is limited to replacing existing boat docks within Werner Dredge Cut and installing a new pedestrian bridge. The existing 160 foot long dock and four 12-inch diameter wood piles and four 3-inch diameter metal piles will be removed. Twelve new 12-inch diameter wood piles will be installed for the new 225 foot long boat dock. The new 140 foot by 10 food pedestrian bridge will be installed over open water and be cemented to 5 foot by 15 foot concrete footings, located in ruderal habitat outside of aquatic habitat. The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0345-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, John Caprio, Orwood Resort, Incorporated.
