Document Description
The CA DFG is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2011-0126-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Elk Grove.
The proposed project will construct a two-lane roadway that will cross Elk Grove Creek and merge into an existing business complex road at Laguna Springs Drive.
The proposed project will also provide for connectivity of a future planned bike path on the west side of the creek.
