- Construct a two-story, 70,000 s.f. life sciences building and associated surface parking lot on an approximately 3-acre area of work located on the south side of Stierlin Court within one of two parcels in the existing Shoreline Technology Park. The project site is currently developed as a private recreational facility for the use of employees of Shoreline Technology Park tenants (not publicly accessible). The project would require an amendment to the North Shoreline Boulevard Precise Plan.
