Document Description
Suction dredging of Hydrilla tubers from the top 12 inches of sediment of the Clear Lake bottom, wherever actively growing Hydrilla plants are discovered in Clear Lake, with the exception of the Clearlake Oaks arm. The Hydrilla containing sediment is to be delivered to a site permitted to accept this material and approved by the Lake County Water Resources Department and the Lake County Community Development Department. The State Lands Commission action is a five-year Dredging Lease through August 31, 2016.
