Document Description
The proposed Project would involve the demolition and decommissioning of existing wastewater treatment systems, construction and operation of a replacement wastewater treatment plan (WWTP), and improvements to an existing access road leading to the site of the proposes WWTP. Implementation of the project would require an amendment to the General Plan changing the Specific Plan Land use Classification of parcel APN 010-410-013 and amendment of the conditions of approval and the site plan for Condition Use Permit No. 241 for APN 010-410-013.
