Document Description
The Mariposa County Planning Department has received an application for Amended Conditions from Delaware North, applicant to Amend the site plan and conditions of approval for Conditional Use Permit 241 (Tenaya Cottages; formerly Apple Tree Inn) and also to Amend the Fish Camp Town Planning Area Specific Plan Land Use Classification incorporated into the Mariposa County general Plan so as to allow for the construction of a wastewater treatment plant on the site. The treatment plant would serve both the Tenaya Lodge and the Tenaya Cottages, and would have a capacity of 125,000 gallons per day. The plant would consist of four 50,000 gallon underground storage tanks, a treatment plant building of approximately 4,500 square feet (sf) and 27 feet high, an additional 450 sq. ft. storage area, a 400 sf headworks structure, and a 7,700 sf parking lot with 11 spaces. An 8-inch diameter recycled water line to transmit water back to the leachfield system at the lodge site would be installed along Jackson Road.
