Document Description
The applicant proposes to convert an assembly/hotel use for weddings and events to a hotel and restaurant use within existing buildings, including a 20% parking reduction based on the integrated ancillary use between the proposed restaurant use and the adjacent hotel (Pacific Edge). Minor improvements are proposed to existing exterior decks (Villa building and Surf building). No new buildings or additions to existing buildings is proposed. Valet parking is required for the proposed use and existing restaurant and hotel uses within the Pacific Edge Hotel complex.
