Document Description
The Cedar and Kettner Development Project is a three phase development involving the relocation of existing surface parking from the County Administration Center (CAC) at 1600 Pacific Coast Highway to a new 650-space parking structure at Cedar Street and Kettner Boulevard in downtown San Diego, and subsequent development of the site with ground-floor retail/commercial, with office and residential above. Direct impacts associated with Cultural Resources, Noise and cumulative impacts associated with Cultural Resources, Noise and Air Quality are significant and unmitigable. All other identified impacts would be mitigated to a level below significance.
