Document Description
The proposed Cedar and Kettner Development Project involves the relocation of existing surface parking from the County Administration Center (CAC) at 1600 Pacific Coast Highway to a proposed new parking structure at an alternate location in downtown San Diego, allowing for the development of the proposed County Waterfront Park at CAC as set forth in the Waterfront Park Master Plan (2008; amended 2011). In addition, the construction and operation of a mid- to high-rise tower for office, commercial, or residential use, or a mixed-use development.
