Document Description
Division of a 110.83-acre parcel into four parcels and a remainder (Parcel 1= 5.26 acres, Parcel 2= 15.45 acres, Parcel 3= 13.34 acres and Parcel 4= 21.76 acres, and a remainder= 58.71 acres). The site is located on both sides of M465 / Whitaker Forest Road, approximately 1/4 mile east of State Hwy 245, in the Badger area, north of Woodlake. Mitigation Measures include preservation of mature native trees, a reconnaissance-level biological survey before ground disturbing activities during bird nesting season, avoidance of elderberry shrubs or compliance with US Fish and Wildlife Conservation Guidelines for Valley Elderberry Longhorn Beetle and avoiding construction or grading in Palustrine wetland located by Whittaker Forest Road and lot line between Parcel No. 2 & 4.
