Document Description

The project consists of three (3) phases, which may optionally be implemented concurrently: Phase I - Subdivision, site-wide infrastructure, renovations to commercial building (market), commercial parking lot improvements; Phase II - Construction of new commercial buildings and kiosks, ADA-accessible pedestrian path and open space lot offer of dedication; Phase III - Individual construction single-family homes (over time).
