Document Description
The project is a Boundary Adjustment with a Certificate of Compliance to resolve a subdivision violation involving two parcels. A Major Use Permit Minor Deviation (P80-021m2) and Site Plan Deviation (S09-004m1) are also proposed as part of the project in order to revise the property boundaries associated with these two permits to conform to the proposed Boundary Adjustment with a Certificate of Compliance.
