- Document Description
- Construct and operate an aquatic center within CHHS campus. The facility would include a 25-yd by 35 m pool, shower/locker/restroom facilities, small office, and covered storage area totaling approximately 7,500 SF of building area. The pool would be lighted for nighttime use and would include bleachers with a seating capacity of 200 to 300 for competition events. Construction of a concession/ticket booth building is also included in the project. A 10- to 12-ft-high perimeter wall is to be provided for security purposes.
