The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20 is approving an addendum to a previously adopted Initial Study/Negative Declaration for a Class 2 Permit Modification to the existing Hazardous Waste Facility Permit (Permit) for Kinsbursky Brothers Supply, Incorporated (KBI). This Permit Modification will align the Permit with the application language from the Facility for container management protocols for Unit 1T and correct an unintentional storage timeline interpretation. This Permit Modification does not include any other operational changes, construction, or ground disturbing activities.
