Document Description
The Niland 92/13.2 kV Substation Upgrade Project consists of the installation a new 92/13.2 kV 25 MVA Substation next to the existing Switching Station and Communication site (North of Niland Substation) and the subsequent removal of the existing Niland 92/13.2 kV 10 MVA Transformer. In addition, all existing distribution load will be transferred to the proposed substation. The new substation will include a Metal-Clad Switchgear with four (4) 13.2 kV distribution feeder breakers, one (1) capacitor bank, and associated equipment. The new substation site will measure 156 feet by 100 feet and will be located 160 feet north of the existing Niland Substation.
