Document Description
The City of Pomona is proposing a project involving transfer of the project site from the City's Redevelopment Agency to the Community Services Department. Once the property has been transferred, the project site, a vacant infill property, is proposed to be developed with a neighborhood park with passive recreational uses that will include a small parking lot, walking trails, citrus grove, open turf area, pedestrian seating and gathering area, picnic area, and specimen gardens, and may also include a play area.
